Your brand foundations are in place.
Work from an established identity, so the monthly capacity can go into useful applications and improvements.
Ongoing Design

[1] The right fit
01
Work from an established identity, so the monthly capacity can go into useful applications and improvements.
02
A presentation this month, a campaign next, and interface refinements after that. Priorities can move with the business.
03
Reserve a known amount of capacity and agree what fits. This is planned design support, not unlimited output or an always-on emergency service.
[2] What we shape
The starting plan reserves up to 24 hours per month, including planning, design, communication, and reviews. Work is estimated and prioritised within that capacity.
01
Bring the requests into one place. We clarify the brief, estimate effort, and agree the order so the most useful work gets attention first.
A prioritised monthly plan
02
Extend an established identity into agreed campaign assets, presentations, digital templates, or other everyday brand needs. Production costs remain separate.
Working assets for the agreed requests
03
Use capacity for page design, interface refinements, and components within an existing direction. Development and large new product flows need separate scoping.
Design improvements ready for handover
04
Review progress, consolidate feedback, and adjust priorities together. Time for those activities is part of the monthly capacity, so the plan stays realistic.
A shared view of work and capacity

Discuss our partnershipDDiissccuussss oouurr ppaarrttnneerrsshhiipp↗All fees are in EUR, excluding applicable VAT and third-party costs. A proposal confirms your total investment before you commit.
Development, media buying, photography, video, printing, and other production are separate. Extra capacity, unused hours, rollover, notice periods, and cancellation are agreed in writing before the partnership starts.
[5] A closer look
Luma Pantry illustrates how one identity can carry across packaging and a digital storefront. This concept shows the value of a consistent system; it is not an example of a current monthly client.

Ask us a questionAAsskk uuss aa qquueessttiioonn↗No. The starting plan covers up to 24 hours per month, including planning and reviews. Requests are prioritised and estimated within that capacity. Extra work requires an agreement.
It depends on complexity, the queue, and feedback. We agree task estimates and delivery priorities during planning. There is no blanket same-day or two-day turnaround promise.
Rollover, notice periods, and cancellation terms are agreed in writing before the partnership begins. Do not assume unused capacity carries over automatically; we make the arrangement explicit.
Large foundational projects are usually better served by a defined project or the Brand & Website engagement. Monthly capacity is designed around ongoing design needs within an established direction; development is separate.
