01
You are introducing something new.
An offer, a market, or a business idea needs a clear audience and a reason to choose it. We help make those decisions before the launch starts taking shape.
Research & Strategy
Before a new identity, a website, or a product comes a better question. We connect what your business needs with what your audience values, then turn that understanding into a direction you can act on.

[1] The right fit
01
An offer, a market, or a business idea needs a clear audience and a reason to choose it. We help make those decisions before the launch starts taking shape.
02
The business has evolved, but the message still describes an earlier version. We look for what should stay, what has changed, and what deserves more attention.
03
When teams disagree on priorities, design becomes a sequence of opinions. A shared set of goals and decision criteria gives the work a firmer foundation.
[2] What we shape
The depth of research follows the decision you need to make. We agree the questions, available evidence, and research methods before work begins.
01
We review the offer, business priorities, existing materials, and stakeholder perspectives. Assumptions and constraints are made visible early.
A focused project brief
02
We map how people currently solve the problem, what alternatives they consider, and where your offer can be meaningfully different. Interviews or additional research are scoped when needed.
An evidence and opportunity map
03
We define who the offer is for, the value it brings, and the proof behind it. A message hierarchy helps the same story work in a pitch, on a homepage, and inside the team.
Positioning and core messaging
04
We turn the direction into practical choices: what to communicate first, what to build next, and what to leave for later. Your team has a basis for evaluating the design that follows.
A prioritised roadmap
[3] How it works
You work directly with Leonardo. Clear priorities, consolidated feedback, and an agreed next step at every milestone.
Agree the business question, stakeholders, research scope, and what a useful outcome looks like.
Review existing insight and agreed research, separating what is known from what still needs testing.
Bring the patterns into a positioning and messaging discussion. Explore the tradeoffs together.
Deliver the agreed brief, message hierarchy, and next steps, with a walkthrough for the people using them.
[4] Scope & investment
Your investment
Scoped to the question.
Strategy is quoted around the question, the people involved, and the depth of research. We define the work and fee together before you commit.
Find our directionFFiinndd oouurr ddiirreeccttiioonn↗All fees are in EUR, excluding applicable VAT and third-party costs. A proposal confirms your total investment before you commit.
Recruiting participants, paid research tools, extensive market studies, naming, and full copywriting are separate unless included in the proposal.
[5] A closer look
See how a shared understanding of two different users shaped the proposed RelayOps experience. This is an independent concept, illustrating the thinking rather than a measured client result.

[6] Your questions
Have a different question? Tell us what you’re considering and we’ll help you find the right starting point.
Ask us a questionAAsskk uuss aa qquueessttiioonn↗Yes. The outcome can stand on its own. Your team or another partner can use the agreed brief and roadmap, or we can scope the next design stage together.
When it will help answer the question, customer interviews can be part of the scope. We agree access, participant numbers, recruitment responsibilities, and how findings will be used first.
We start there. Useful customer feedback, analytics, market work, and internal knowledge help avoid repeating work and reveal where new evidence is actually needed.
The schedule depends on research depth and stakeholder availability. We set milestones in the proposal after reviewing the question and available inputs; a workshop and a research programme need different timelines.
Your next chapter
Tell us what is changing, what feels unclear, and what you need to decide. That is enough to start a useful conversation.
