Product Design

Less friction.
More flow.

Make the important task feel like the obvious next step. We design journeys, interfaces, and systems that help people understand a product, make decisions, and get things done.

Nardo / Studio studies

A clear path from understanding to action.
  • One important journey
  • Structure, screens, states
  • Ready for your developers

Good products make the complex feel manageable.

01

The first version needs a shape.

Turn a product idea into an understandable flow and a prototype that helps the team discuss something concrete.

02

People get stuck along the way.

Focus on an unclear onboarding, a busy dashboard, or a checkout with too many unanswered questions.

03

The interface has grown unevenly.

Connect separate screens with reusable patterns, consistent language, and a clearer hierarchy.

Design the journey. Then every detail along it.

We work from the task outward. Structure and behaviour come before visual polish, so the final screens have a clear reason to look and work the way they do.

01

Task & journey mapping

Identify the user, the goal, entry points, and decisions. We use your available evidence to locate friction and define the journey in scope.

One agreed core user journey

02

Structure & prototype

Explore the information hierarchy and interaction flow in wireframes. A clickable prototype makes the proposed experience tangible before development.

Wireframes and an interactive prototype

03

Interface & states

Design up to ten key screens in the starting scope. We agree the states and responsive behaviours needed, including how people recover when something goes wrong.

Detailed screens with agreed states

04

Components & handover

Organise shared controls, type, spacing, and interaction notes into a UI kit. Your engineers can see the intent behind the screens as well as the screens themselves.

A UI kit and developer walkthrough

Make it clear before you build it.

You work directly with Leonardo. Clear priorities, consolidated feedback, and an agreed next step at every milestone.

  1. 01

    Understand the task

Review the product, audience, current evidence, and engineering constraints. Choose one meaningful journey.

  2. 02

    Work through the flow

Map decisions and explore wireframes, including the less obvious paths through the task.

  3. 03

    Shape and review

Develop the interface and prototype. Review with your team; user testing can be added when agreed.

  4. 04

    Prepare for implementation

Hand over screens, components, and behaviour notes. Resolve design questions with your developers.

Clear before we begin.

Your investment

€5,000+

Starting investment / Per project

The starting scope covers one platform, one core journey, up to ten key screens, a UI component kit, an interactive prototype, and developer handover.

Improve our experience

All fees are in EUR, excluding applicable VAT and third-party costs. A proposal confirms your total investment before you commit.

What we’ll need from you

  • Product access, existing designs, and a description of the task
  • Available analytics, support issues, or user feedback
  • A product decision-maker and an engineering contact

What needs a separate scope

Engineering, additional journeys, complex states beyond the agreed scope, and recruited user testing are separate. We do not promise conversion or retention improvements without evidence.

A little clarity before hello.

Have a different question? Tell us what you’re considering and we’ll help you find the right starting point.

Ask us a question
Do you design within an existing system?

Yes. We review your components and guidelines first, then agree what to reuse, extend, or improve. A new visual system is only part of the scope when it is needed.

Is user testing included?

Internal reviews and prototype walkthroughs are part of the design process. Recruited user testing requires a separate agreement on participants, tasks, recruitment, and synthesis.

Can you work with our development team?

Yes. Early technical input helps keep the design practical. We include handover and agree any additional implementation support in the proposal.

What counts as a screen?

We define the screen list together before quoting. Substantially different layouts, flows, and complex states are named explicitly so the scope does not depend on an ambiguous screen count.

Your next chapter

Make the next step feel obvious.

Show us the journey that matters and where people struggle. We’ll help define a focused design project.
