Terms of Service

These terms explain how the Nardo Studio website may be used and how project inquiries, offers, payments, deliverables, and ownership are handled.

Who these terms apply to

These terms apply when you visit nardo.studio, contact Nardo Studio, request an offer, book a call, or start a project with us.

Services

Nardo Studio provides strategy, branding, web design, web development, product design, launch creative, marketing assets, and related digital services. The exact scope, timeline, price, and deliverables are defined in a written offer, proposal, or agreement.

Offers and pricing

  • All pricing depends on the scope, services involved, timeline, content readiness, custom functionality, and required support.
  • A quote is valid only for the period stated in the offer. If no period is stated, it is valid for 14 days.
  • Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, fonts, plugins, stock assets, advertising spend, or paid tools are not included unless clearly stated.

Payments, deposits, and cancellation

  • Project payment structure depends on the offer. A deposit is usually required before work starts, most commonly 50%.
  • Invoices are due within 7 days unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • If a client cancels after work has started, the deposit is generally non-refundable because it covers reserved time, planning, and work performed.
  • If work beyond the deposit value has already been delivered or approved, it may be invoiced separately according to the agreed scope.
  • Refunds for started custom work are handled case by case, but completed, delivered, or reserved work is generally not refundable.

Client responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate information, content, access, feedback, approvals, and materials needed for the project.
  • You must have the rights to use any text, images, logos, data, or assets you provide.
  • Delays in feedback, content, access, or approvals may affect the timeline and launch date.

Revisions and scope

We want the final work to feel right, but revisions must stay within the agreed scope. Reasonable refinements are included as defined in the offer. New features, new pages, major direction changes, or extra rounds may require a new estimate.

Ownership

  • After full payment, the client owns the final approved deliverables created specifically for the project, unless agreed otherwise.
  • Nardo Studio keeps ownership of pre-existing tools, methods, reusable code, frameworks, know-how, drafts, unused concepts, and internal systems.
  • Third-party software, fonts, plugins, platforms, and assets remain subject to their own licenses.

Portfolio use and confidentiality

Unless we agree to confidentiality or an NDA in writing, Nardo Studio may show completed work, visuals, process notes, and project outcomes in portfolios, case studies, social posts, and sales material.

Maintenance and third-party services

Post-launch maintenance, updates, monitoring, content changes, and ongoing support are separate unless included in the written offer. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or failures caused by third-party platforms.

Liability

The website and services are provided with professional care, but we do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, ranking, conversion rates, or ad performance. To the fullest extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that caused the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled by the competent Croatian court, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
