Defined Project

One clear brief.
A finished outcome.

For a business that knows what needs to change. Choose a focused service, agree the deliverables and fee, and move through a project with visible milestones and a clear finish.

Nardo / Studio studies

A defined scope, with a visible path to the finish.
  • Agreed scope + fixed fee
  • Two consolidated revision rounds
  • Milestones through handover

A focused piece of work. Done with a full view.

01

You have a specific priority.

A website, identity, product journey, or campaign needs dedicated attention and a defined set of deliverables.

02

You need a clear commitment.

An agreed scope and project fee help your team plan the investment and understand what is being delivered.

03

Your team can make decisions.

A named decision-maker, consolidated feedback, and available content keep the work moving through its milestones.

Clarity is part of the deliverable.

This is a way of structuring a project, not a one-size-fits-all bundle. The chosen service determines the outputs; the proposal makes the boundaries explicit.

01

A defined brief

We identify the problem, audience, goals, and work to be delivered. The proposal lists the deliverables and assumptions so both sides know what is in scope.

02

An agreed project fee

The fee follows the agreed work. Payment milestones, applicable VAT, third-party costs, and handover terms are confirmed in your proposal.

A written investment and payment plan

03

Structured reviews

Two consolidated revision rounds are included in the proposal. Feedback is gathered through one point of contact and checked against the agreed brief.

Clear review and approval milestones

04

A useful finish

The handover matches the service: working brand files, design documentation, or an agreed website launch. Additional work is discussed and priced before it starts.

The agreed outputs, ready to use

A beginning, a rhythm, and a finish.

You work directly with Leonardo. Clear priorities, consolidated feedback, and an agreed next step at every milestone.

Confirm deliverables, fee, timeline, review points, and what each side is responsible for.

  3. 03

Work through the milestones, with consolidated feedback at the agreed review points.

  4. 04

    Approve and hand over

Complete the agreed deliverables and handover, and identify any sensible next steps separately.

Clear before we begin.

Your investment

Fixed project fee

There is no universal project price. Choose a service below to see its starting scope, then we will quote your defined project. The agreed fee changes only when additional scope is approved.

Scope our project

All fees are in EUR, excluding applicable VAT and third-party costs. A proposal confirms your total investment before you commit.

What we’ll need from you

  • One clear outcome and a preferred launch or handover date
  • Available content, assets, and access for the chosen service
  • One person responsible for feedback and approvals

What needs a separate scope

New deliverables, extra revision rounds, a changed brief, and third-party purchases sit outside the original fee unless included. We discuss their effect on cost and timing before proceeding.

The Forma House exploration shows how a focused brief can connect character, identity, and a specific booking experience. It is a studio concept, not a commissioned project.

A little clarity before hello.

Have a different question? Tell us what you’re considering and we’ll help you find the right starting point.

Ask us a question
How do you set the fixed fee?

We review the deliverables, complexity, available inputs, and timeline. The proposal defines the fee for that scope; starting prices are a guide to a particular starting scope, not a quote for every project.

What if the scope changes?

We describe the additional work and its effect on the fee and schedule. You approve the change before we do it. Work already agreed remains visible in the project plan.

What does a revision round mean?

One consolidated set of feedback on the agreed work, submitted through the project contact. A new creative direction, a new page, or a changed brief may require additional scope rather than a revision.

Can a defined project lead to ongoing support?

Yes. Once the project is handed over, we can discuss reserved monthly design capacity or a separately scoped next phase. Neither is an automatic commitment.
